No GPS signal

Step outside and wait a minute before tapping Start. Check location is allowed for Million Miles in your iPhone's Settings app.

A walk hasn't appeared in the total

It's saved on your phone and will be added when you're back online. Pull down on Activities to try again.

The watch isn't following my iPhone

Open Million Miles on both, with Bluetooth on. The watch signs in through the iPhone, so make sure you're signed in on the iPhone first.
