People here are trying. Cheer them on. If you wouldn't say it to someone at the end of a hill, don't type it.

Only log miles you actually walked or ran. The total belongs to everyone.

No abuse, no slurs, no unwanted contact, no selling things. We remove it and, if it keeps happening, the account.

Don't share other people's personal details or locations. Yours aren't shared by us; keep it that way for others.
